Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at Scrooge & Barley!

Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order process and the products we offer. We thoroughly inspect all our orders prior to shipping to ensure you receive it accurately and it meets our high quality standards.


SHIPPING:

We utilize the United States Postal Service for all shipments. The costs associated with shipping your items will be displayed during the checkout process. Unless otherwise eligible, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  If ordering multiple products, we will attempt to consolidate your order in the least amount of shipping boxes.  

If your order qualifies for “Free Shipping”, it will be shipped through a carrier of our discretion or that of the manufacturer. You can expect most shipments to arrive within 2-4 business days after your order has been processed. However, we cannot be responsible for delays once your package is in transit. If you need your items by a specific date, you may select a shipping option other than “Free Shipping.” Please note that by selecting any shipping option other than “Free Shipping,” you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

To help maintain product freshness during transport, all liquid yeast is shipped with cold packs which is included in the shipping costs.  Customers selecting in store pick up have the option of purchasing cold packs at pick up.

When you receive your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If your order is inaccurate, missing items, damaged, or contains defective items, please contact us immediately so we may correct the situation.


RETURNS and REFUNDS:

You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return it. Items must be returned unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. Non-ingredient products (i.e. equipment) that are undamaged and have been opened may be returned, but are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Should you choose to ship your items back, please contact us and we will send you the necessary information to return your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your items. Once your return is received at our store, we will process and inspect the items within 1 business day. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days if return criteria is met.

You are always welcome to return your online purchases in person.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
